Senior / Staff Tax Accountant

Summary: To prepare/review tax returns and handle other tax department projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Prepare business and individual income tax returns.
  • Prepare tax projections and quarterly estimates using BNA.
  • Correspond with government agencies relating to client tax notifications received.
  • Attend CPE and in-house tax workshops.
  • Work extended hours as needed.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, Accounting, Economics or Finance
2 - 5 years of experience
Enrolled Agents will be considered

Summary: Processing and recording financial activity

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Processing daily accounts payable and deposits
  • Record all account activity including payroll for multiple clients
  • Run daily cash balances
  • Assisting Client Service Team Manager on projects as needed

Education / Experience:
Strong communication and organizational skills along with 1-2 years of experience required. Proficient in MS Office and Datafaction Imaging preferred.

Client Service Team Manager

Summary: The Client Service Team Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of his/her clients and their respective entities.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Reviewing daily A/P and deposits
  • Processing payroll
  • Reviewing the monthly cash flows and general ledgers
  • Preparing reports
  • Working with the tax department to process year-end packages and tax packages

Education / Experience:
Given the duties of the position, it is important that the Client Service Team Manager have previous experience in the accounting field. Good communication skills and a client-service oriented attitude are also essential to the position. A Client Service Team Manager is required to work closely with bookkeepers, bankers and various vendors, and on some occasions, the client. Client Service Team Managers are also expected to serve as a resource and instructional leader to those employees at the bookkeeper and analyst level. A commitment to teamwork is vital. Proficiency in MS Office and Datafaction with Imaging preferred.
